Resurrected is the SpeedMachine 3 120. What was different about the prior generation? It seems a lot more powerful and responsive, and it has an improved heel pocket and greater lateral responsiveness. The SpeedMachine 120 is an excellent choice for intermediate skiers with imperfect form because, despite its significant side-to-side (lateral) bulk, it doesn't "too much boot" when flexing forward. The flex of the SpeedMachine 120 is sufficiently forgiving to accommodate faulty skiing form. They should feel rather soft at room temperature, but they will feel like a 120 outside. The SpeedMachine 120 is suitable for a wide variety of skier types and can drive most skis with ease.
