Job Description: Technician

Summary: Our technicians are held to a standard beyond any other ski shop in the country. Technicians will be certified for every manufacturer we represent. An extreme attention to detail is imperative as we treat every ski or board that comes into our backshop as if it were our own. Technicians will tune, repair, and be responsible for the upkeep of our rental fleet of skis and snowboards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Provide unequaled customer service to anyone who walks in our store.
2. Complete all work to perfection. No exceptions.
3. Speed and precision is second only to attaining absolute quality tunes. Staff must be able to excel in a fast paced environment.
4. Arrive on time, in proper and professional attire.
5. Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
6. Attain and remain current on all tuning knowledge and techniques. Demonstrate knowledge of tuning as well as tuning products.
7. Attend all required training and meetings for professional growth.
8. Communicate with store, operation, and backshop management to facilitate the best customer experience period.
9. Maintain and monitor store appearance and all other store facilities in upkeep both inside and out.

Note: This is a seasonal position from August until April. As such, preference is given to those applicants whose availability is clear of vacations and personal trips during prime times.

Summary: The life blood of our company, our sales associates are highly trained, organized, and dedicated to serving our customer’s every need. Sales Associates generate sales through excellent customer interaction, superior product knowledge, as well as maintaining operational standards that sets our company apart from all others.
