“I was in your store on Polaris at the beginning of ski season; I was having issues with my ski boots. Lori Spilker helped me and she was AWESOME! She took over a half hour adjusting the instep of my boots. I had been having trouble with my toes going numb, especially in my right foot. Lori told me aspects pertaining to my type of foot and about my boot, which explained why I had been having these problems. When I skied the next time my boots were so much more comfortable. I did not have any problems. I felt while she was working with me she really wanted to correct the problem and she would not be satisfied unless I was satisfied.

She’s a great asset to your business and if I ever have any more problems down the road, she’d be the first one I’d ask to see.

“…I suffered a fall on Feb. 21st 2008. When I put my ski boots on to see how they were going to feel, I had sharp pains where the screws were close to the skin. I came to Aspen Ski and Board to see if something could be done. I met with ski technician Kevin Vanblarcom. Kevin did an evaluation of the area and did modification on the area in my boot. He did a great job! Thanks Kevin!

I skied in Winter Park, Colorado from January 18 – 23, 2009. I shed tears of thanksgiving on the mountains!
